Team Lead and Structural Engineer Amy Cassidy and Architect Marcus Ballnath with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, take notes on the windows and all Anti-Terrorism Force Protection measures that will need to be implemented should the windows need to be replaced in the barracks. A multi-discipline team from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assessed nine barracks facilities with U.S. Army Garrison Directorate of Public Works engineers throughout the week. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is providing the garrison with recommendations and cost estimates to help the garrison with plans and budgeting for possible future upgrades and renovations.
