U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Agapito Ramos, a boatswain’s mate assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1, Williamsburg, Virginia, rings the USS Constitution’s bell at noon, in Boston Harbor, April 3, 2021. Ramos is currently deployed to Boston as part of the group of service members supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency at the Community Vaccination Center in Boston.
