U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Agapito Ramos, a boatswain’s mate assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1, Williamsburg, Virginia, stands at the podium of the USS Constitution following his six-year reenlistment, in Boston Harbor, April 3, 2021.
