Pete Garvin, commander, Naval Education and Training Command, left, awards Command Master Chief Jason Avin, director, Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA), the Legion of Merit during the SEA change of charge ceremony, April 12. The ceremony also celebrated the expansion of Tomich Hall, the main classroom dedicated to senior enlisted leaders to improve management, leadership, national security and physical fitness.
