210412-N-EL867-0061 Newport, R.I. (April 12, 2021) Command Master Chief Jason Avin, director, Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA), delivers remarks during the SEA change of charge ceremony, April 12. The ceremony also celebrated the expansion of Tomich Hall, the main classroom dedicated to senior enlisted leaders to improve management, leadership, national security and physical fitness.
