Pete Garvin, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (center), presides as Command Master Chief Jason Avin, right, is properly relieved by Command Master Chief Baron Randle, as the Senior Enlisted Academy director during their change of charge ceremony, April 12. The ceremony also celebrated the expansion of Tomich Hall, the main classroom dedicated to senior enlisted leaders to improve management, leadership, national security and physical fitness.
