AUSTIN, Texas – (April 19, 2021) Cryptologic Technician (Networks) 1st Class Javiair Mattingly, of Owensboro, Ky., the Salesforce/Applicant Relationship Management (ARM) coordinator assigned to Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), delivers training of Salesforce/ARM to Sailors of Talent Acquisition Onboarding Center (TAOC) Capital City at Capital City VFW Post 8787. “It’s important for recruiters to know the ins and outs of Salesforce,” said Mattingly. “NRC purchased the system to make our recruiters lives and jobs a lot easier. It possesses all the processes needed for recruiter success.” Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes two TAOCs which manage more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
