Meet Pvt. Mike Wright, a unit member of the British 29 Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps. Wright traveled from his hometown of Gloucester, United Kingdom to help support DEFENDER-Europe 21 as a movement controller. “We have command control over all movements within the British army from sea, road and rail. We oversee the safety and movement of all equipment within the military,” Wright said. His unit has joined Croatian and U.S. forces to download military vehicles from the U.S. Naval Ship Yuma at the port authority in Zadar, Croatia in support of Defender Europe 21.
