Meet Military Working Dog Matyi and his human counterpart Spc. Maxwell Mattingly. Both are assigned to the 100th Military Police Detachment (MWD) based in Stuttgart, Germany. The pair have been conducting patrols at the Lucka Uprava Zadar, Croatia seaport as the U.S. Naval Ship Yuma ports and unloads military vehicles and equipment in support of DEFENDER-Europe 21. Mattingly and Matyi have partnered with Croatian and British forces to ensure the safety of military personnel, contract support personnel and local residents. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
