Meet U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Tyrell Carver, an 88N-Transportation Management Coordinator assigned to the 226th Expeditionary Terminal Operation Element, helps move more than 40 pieces of military equipment from the U.S. Naval Ship Yuma in the port of Zadar, Croatia during DEFENDER-Europe 21. Carver has been helping move military equipment around the globe for 11 years. May 5, 2021 also happened to be his military anniversary. “We are strengthening our relationships with our NATO allies and partners while learning about the different cultures of the people who do similar jobs as mine,” he said. Carver said he has worked at seaports in more than 12 countries and loves working near the sea. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Alexandra Shea)
