Pvt 1st Class Adriana Barahona and Pvt 1st Class Kevin Mercia work together to finish the last half of a weapons proficiency lane during the 53rd Infantry Brigade's Brigade Support Battalion's internal Army Warrior Tasks competition, Saturday, May 22, 2021 in Albania, during DEFENDER-Europe 21. The BSB has spent over a week training on AWT's in Albania and has had the opportunity to host a bulk of the training alongside Albanian Army Cadets. The exercise that has Florida Army National Guard soldiers training on the otherside of the Atlantic is DEFENDER-Europe 21, a multi-national military exercise focusing on exchange training and interoperability between the United States, NATO, and its allies.
