Spc. The BSB took the opportunity to train all week on Army Warrior Tasks while in Albania, and did so alongside the Albanian Army Cadets, providing a rare opportunity for foreign military exchange-training. Florida National Guard Soldiers found themselves training in Albania courtesy of DEFENDER-Europe 21, and are the first United States Military members to conduct any kind of operations here since World War II. The exercise is a multi-national event that also focuses on joint-operability between the United States, NATO, and its allies.
