Weber recognized Lopezcoronado for his work as the assistant public health emergency officer (APHEO) during the pandemic for Naval Health Clinic / Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Corpus Christi. As the APHEO, Lopezcoronado helped 35 organizations continue their missions by mitigating the public health risks of COVID-19.
