At the May 21 Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) change of command, the traditional bell ringer duties were performed by U.S. Army Specialist Aly Martinez. NAMRU-SA welcomed incoming Commanding Officer Capt. Gerald DeLong and bid farewell to Capt. Andrew Vaughn during the ceremony. Guest speaker was Naval Medical Forces Pacific Commander Rear Adm.
