Michael Lee, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic engineer and director of the Naval Network Warfare Command’s Cyber Engineering Team (CET), accepts a 2021 Department of the Navy (DON) Information Technology (IT) Excellence Award from DON Chief Information Officer Aaron Weis on behalf of the CET May 24 during the DON IT Conference, East Coast, at the Hilton Norfolk The Main, in Norfolk, VA. The team, made up of personnel from NIWC Atlantic and NIWC Pacific, won in the “Defend” category, for developing and implementing the U.S. Navy’s Comply to Connect (C2C) Pathfinder solution.
