Mary Feltis, CIRRAS project manager, Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB), accepts a 2021 Department of the Navy (DON) Information Technology (IT) Excellence Award from DON Chief Information Officer Aaron Weis on behalf of the CIRRAS team May 24 during the DON IT Conference, East Coast, at the Hilton Norfolk The Main, in Norfolk, VA. The team, made up of personnel from PEO MLB, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, and U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command, won in the “Innovate” category, for developing Command Individual Risk and Resiliency Assessment System (CIRRAS), a software-based tool that assesses service members’ well-being.
