U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Seth Cornfield and Sgt. Andrew Ngo, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force, embarked from High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) demonstrate Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques to Congolese navy personnel as part of an Africa Partnership Station visit. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
