Cmdr. Brad Fillius, High Speed Vessel Swift military detachment officer-in-charge takes part in an interview with the U.S. Ambassador to Togo Robert Whitehead and the Chief of the Togolese navy, Capt. Takougnadi Charg, during their visit to the Swift as part of an Africa Partnership Station visit. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
