PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 25, 2021) Engineering Aide 1st Class Ramil Sacpopo applies automated external defibrillator pads to a practice dummy during a cardiopulmonary resuscitation course held during Command Post Exercise (CPX) with Navy Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18. CPX is a training evolution conducted by Seabee battalions to assess their mission readiness exercise to prepare battalions for future operations. NMCB 18 Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service by providing task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
