PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 28, 2021) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Felix Espin directs a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement to push adapter push bar and bridge forward as part of a bridge building exercise during Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18’s Command Post Exercise (CPX). CPX is a training evolution conducted by Seabee battalions to assess their mission readiness exercise to prepare battalions for future operations. NMCB 18 Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service by providing task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
