    Lt. Gen. R. Scott Dingle, the U.S. Army Surgeon General and Commander of the U.S. Army Medical Command presents Mrs. Elizabeth Ostinguin, supervisor, Robertson Donor Center, with his commander’s coin during a visit to the facility to receive an overview of operations and support that CRDAMC provides to III Corps and Fort Hood Readiness efforts 21 July. She was the primary facilitation coordinator for collecting over 700 COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma units in support of the Department of Defense initiative for readily available CCP inventory during the surge of the COVID-19 pandemic.
