JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO - FORT SAM HOUSTON - (July 28, 2021) Senior Chief Navy Counselor Keri Levy, of New Orleans, a director of personal and operations (DPO) assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio, was promoted to the rank of master chief petty officer by Cmdr. Stephani Simoni, acting commanding officer, Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio at the Warrior and Family Support Center. Levy, a 2000 graduate of Sarah T. Reed Senior High School, had his insignia pinned on by his daughters, Kaylin and Kiara. He joined America’s Navy in 2001 becoming a recruiter in 2006. NTAG San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes two Talent Acquisition Onboarding Centers (TAOC) which manage more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
