Marines with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit drive a convoy of Humvees and Light Armored Assault Vehicles through Alameda, Calif., to assist with static display preparation near the USS Hornet, Oct. 4, 2012. The vehicles will be on display for the public to see during the 2012 San Francisco Fleet Week. From Oct. 3-8, Marines and Sailors of the 13th MEU, I Marine Expeditionary Brigade, will participate in numerous community outreach events including the Italian Heritage Day parade, urban search and rescue demonstration, park restoration projects and hospital visits.
