U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Brandon Miller, of the 177th Intelligence Squadron, North Dakota Air National Guard, runs on the rugged dirt path of the 107.3-mile version of the Maah Daah Hey Trail ultramarathon in the beautiful badlands of North Dakota July 31, 2021. The race continues throughout the night with runners wearing headlamps to find their way. Miller completed the ultramarathon winding up and down hills and valleys in 30 hours, 17 minutes.
