Rabbitt, a native of Clayton, California, says, “Our staff plays a critical role in facilitating the timely, accurate, and reliable delivery of goods and services to provide top-quality care to patients.” Since Aug. 4, 1947, the Medical Service Corps has led from the front in clinical, scientific, and administrative specialties, while supporting the mission of Navy Medicine across the fleet.
