    A member of the U.S. Special Operations Command Parachute Team "Para-Commandos" prepares to land with the U.S. flag during the opening of the Special Operations Command South change-of-command ceremony Oct. 2 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. During the event, Army Brig. Gen. Sean P. Mulholland assumed command from Navy Rear Adm. Thomas L. Brown II. The presiding officer for the ceremony was Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, the commander of U.S. Southern Command.
