Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, the commander of U.S. Southern Command addresses the audience during the Special Operations Command South change-of-command ceremony Oct. 2 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. During his remarks, Fraser praised the great work by Navy Rear Adm. Thomas L. Brown II, who served as the SOCSOUTH commander since September 2010, and welcomed the new commander Army Brig. Gen. Sean P. Mulholland and wished him great success in the future.
