    807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) commanding general, Maj. General Joseph J. Heck, visited with military and civilian care givers during an Army Reserve Innovative Readiness Training mission known as Walking Shield, held in Cass Lake, Minn., in the first two weeks of August, 2021. The IRT provided medical care to the underserviced Ojibwe and surrounding communities of the Leech Lake Reservation while also providing valuable training to U.S. Army Reserve medical personnel.
