Maj. Gen. William Zana, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) commander, addresses incoming and outgoing Airfield Operations Battalion members during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 15, 2021. The AOB provides CJTF-HOA several capabilities including Air Traffic Controllers, airfield ground management teams, technical expertise and state of the art equipment to support flying operations in austere environments.
