    PITI, Guam (Oct. 27, 2021) - Senior Chief Master Diver Paul Doughtie, Mobile Diving Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1, speaks with Gov. Lourdes Leon Guerrero during a site visit to the Guam Harbor of Refuge in Piti, Oct. 27.
