    PITI, Guam (Oct. 27, 2021) - Capt. Nicholas Simmons, commander, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Forces Micronesia/ Sector Guam; Cmdr. Gregory Sickels, deputy commander, USCG Forces Micronesia/ Sector Guam; Senior Chief Master Diver Paul Doughtie, Mobile Diving Salvage Unit 1; Chief Equipment Operator Joshua Mynear, Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 1; Gov. Lourdes Leon Guerrero, Lt. Gov. Joshua Tenorio, and representatives from the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Port Authority of Guam gather for a photo during a site visit to the Guam Harbor of Refuge in Piti, Oct. 27. A U.S. Navy team from Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, Task Force 73, and Task Force 75 began removing abandoned derelict vessels at the harbor, in partnership with USCG Forces Micronesia/ Sector Guam, Guam EPA, Bureau of Statistics and Plans, Guam Department of Agriculture, Guam Power Authority, and the Port Authority of Guam.
