Joshua Tenorio speak with representatives from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during a site visit to the Guam Harbor of Refuge in Piti, Oct. 27. A U.S. Navy team from Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, Task Force 73, and Task Force 75 began removing abandoned derelict vessels at the harbor, in partnership with U.S. Coast Guard Forces Micronesia/ Sector Guam, Guam EPA, Bureau of Statistics and Plans, Guam Department of Agriculture, Guam Power Authority, and the Port Authority of Guam.
