DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Dec. 16, 2021) U.S. Navy Chief Logistics Specialist Eduardo Rosero, from Bronx, N.Y., stands in front of the Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4). Rosero is the Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) cargo and customs leading chief petty officer. He leads a team who tracks, expedites, ships and transports cargo, high priority materials, mail and provisions to ships in the area of responsibility. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
