DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Dec. 16, 2021) U.S. Navy Sailors attached to the Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4), conduct a crew swap at the Port of Djibouti, Dec. 16, 2021. Williams arrived to the Port of Djibouti for a sustainment and logistics visit supported by Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti’s supply department, as well as a crew swap of over 110 Sailors. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
