DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Dec. 16, 2021) The Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4) arrives to the Port of Djibouti for a crew swap and sustainment and logistics visit supported by Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti’s supply department, Dec. 16, 2021. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
