Staff Sgt. Sarah Murphy a Michigan Air National Guard member with the 127th Logistics Readiness Squadron and materiel management specialist has been with the guard for more than four years. She decided to join the Air Force to carry on the legacy of her grandfather who served in World War II and her father who is a current military member.
She is passionate about her career in the Air Force and takes pleasure in being able to serve.
Her favorite part of serving is being able to support missions home and abroad and to observe the impact of what she contributes to the mission.
She is proud of the mission and believes the diversity of the Air Force has helped make us the best Air Force in the world.
