YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan 27, 2022) Logistics Specialist (Submarine) 3rd class Ky Adams, from Dallas, Texas, serves aboard the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Missouri (SSN 780), homeported at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. As part of his job responsibilities, Adams manages inventories of repair parts/general supplies. “The most challenging part of the job is the amount of time out to sea and the work. As a junior Sailor aboard a submarine, you get handed a lot of responsibility. With that responsibility, you get held accountable for a lot.
