U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Michael E. Langley, the commanding general of Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command, and Marines from Marine Corps Security Force Regiment (MCSFR) discuss Marine Corps manpower retention and probability at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Virginia, Feb. 15, 2022. Lt. Gen. Langley visited MCSFR to ask Marines about their personal deterrents for reenlistment and to identify ways to eliminate said deterrents with MCSFR leadership in accordance with Force Design 2030.
