Lt. Gen. Michael E. Langley, the commanding general of Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command and Maj. Kristopher A. Ulbrich, a logistics officer and headquarters company commander with Marine Corps Security Force Regiment (MCSFR), depart the chow hall to conduct a base-wide tour of MCSFR facilities at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Virginia, Feb. 15, 2022. Lt. Gen. Langley arrived at MCSFR to discuss preparations for the commander’s update brief and examine the base living conditions. The commander’s update brief is a vital component to ensure resiliency in strategic weapons enterprise while enforcing continuing efforts towards better quality of life as a part of Force Design 2030.
