Westmoreland, a native of Oxford, Mississippi, holds a doctor of osteopathy degree from Kansas City University of Medicine. “As radiologists, we diagnose complex medical problems through imaging and then share that with the ordering provider.” The Medical Corps is made up of the Navy's physicians, who pave new frontiers in patient care delivery, medical education, and biomedical research.
