A contractor with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District paints an interior wall at the future VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California February 15, 2022. Crews have been weather-proofing the outer skin of the clinic, which will be followed by installation of a curtain wall on several sections of the building. This will enable work to proceed on more interior finishes. The clinic is expected to be complete in 2023.
