Dave Lockwood, a safety officer with SJ Amoroso Construction, observes work on the future VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California February 15, 2022. Amoroso crews working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District have been weather-proofing the outer skin of the clinic, which will be followed by installation of a curtain wall on several sections of the building. This will enable work to proceed on interior finishes. The clinic is expected to be complete in 2023.
