A contractor with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District cuts a metal framing on the third floor of the future VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California, February 15, 2022. While some crews install utilities, others have been weather-proofing the outer skin of the clinic, which will be followed by installation of a curtain wall on several sections of the building. This will enable work to proceed on more interior finishes. The clinic is expected to be complete in 2023.
