U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Allan Doctor, an international health specialist with U.S. Air Forces in Europe Headquarters, reviews medical documentation forms with Albanian Armed Forces 2nd Lt. Hygerta Ilnica, a land forces medical center doctor, April 5, 2022, at Zall-Herr garrison, Albania. Doctor and Hygerta were reviewing the forms during a workshop to assess AAF combat medic capabilities and to determine future means to increase medical familiarity, interoperability and safety between the U.S. and AAF military personnel. The more than 20 year New Jersey–Albania Partnership is one of 22 European partnerships that make up the U.S. European Command State Partnership Program and one of 65 worldwide partnerships that make up the National Guard State Partnership Program.
