Bowling, flight medic with the 2-285th Assault Helicopter Battalion, directs 996th Area Support Medical Company combat medics, carrying a simulated casualty with a litter, to his UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter, during a joint military/civilian medevac exercise, at Florence Military Reservation, April 23, 2022, in Florence, Ariz. The combat medics transported the simulated casualty to the UH-60L Black Hawk from a Role 2 medical facility where it was flown to a Role 3 facility located at HonorHeath Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center and received by civilian medical personnel.
