Lt. Col. Garrett Gingrich, commander of the 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry Regiment, Iowa Army National Guard, briefs Maj. Gen. Ben Corell, Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard, and Lt. Gen. Bashkim Jashari, commander of the Kosovo Security Force, on unit operations during a tour of training at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, on May 19, 2022. Approximately 15 KSF troops embedded with companies in the 1-133rd Infantry during a two-week annual training exercise. Senior leaders in the IANG and KSF visited each company near the end of the exercise to observe the full integration of KSF troops and recognize Soldiers who demonstrated excellence throughout their training.
