The Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) hosted the Brazilian Army Chief of Engineers, Gen. Arruda, and other members aboard the MV MISSISSIPPI. MVD senior leaders briefed Gen. Arruda and his team on the USACE operation and management of the Mississippi River and the Mississippi River Commission's role. They also received a tour of the Vicksburg District's Mat Sinking Unit.
