Mississippi River Commission members, Mississippi Valley Division senior leaders and Vicksburg District leadership toured the ARMOR 1 construction site at Thoma-Sea Shipyard in Lockport, LA. Armor 1 will hit the Mississippi River in 2023 and will revolutionize the revetment mission.
