Gail Halverson, and Provo City Mayor Michelle Kaufusi for a photo in front of a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III, newly renamed “Spirit of the Candy Bomber.” The May 20, 2022 ceremony was part of a two-day celebration in honor of the legendary World War II pilot then Lt.
