Hospitalman 2nd Class Eric Tah, a Navy Corpsman with the 4th Medical Btn., Navy Reserves, is seen taking part in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training, teaching service members evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing trauma care on the battlefield. This is just one of many additional trainings IRT service members can paticipate in to bolster their skills outside of their usual speciality. The 150th Special Operations Wing, with the New Mexico Air National Guard, is acting as an advisor to the National Guard Bureau on all Air Force-led Innovative Readiness Trainings to coordinate, plan, and deliver deployment readiness TCCC training with Navy and Air Force Reserve forces.
